As you probably know, it requires a good bean to start with, freshly ground, nice an thin. There's a few hit and miss trials to find the perfect quantity, grounding and compactness in the filter, but after a few tests, you got it made. The secret is the pump, replacing the pressure tank in the previous models. That drop in pressure when the water started percolating through was ruining the crema collar.
