Customer questions & answers

Question:Do you save any money using this kit vs building a standard building the traditional way?Answer:its a lot faster because you cut the 2x4 at right angles you can cut all the dimension lumber at one go. i suggest you have a helper to erect not sure if cost of kit is less than the gussets needed for the trusses

Question:Do the 2x4's slide into the bracket and then are fixed with screws or are the brackets flat and you sandwich two brackets on either side of the 2x4?Answer:the brackets (two) form around the 2x4 and screwred into it
By donald e ankersen on April 15, 2022  Question:the kit does not provide all the necessary materials to build a shed?Answer:It provides only the brackets and instructions. It also includes a list of materials you will need to buy and cut. All the cuts are easy straight cuts but you will need a saw or have the hardware store pre-cut for you. It worked well for me.
By Dave F. on April 24, 2022 Question:what is the size doorAnswer:You have to buy the wood, 3 kits makes an approx. 10X22 feet long shed. The Plan that comes with it is excellent and easy to understand. You only need to buy sheets of plywoods (or aspnites..cheaper) and screws. you just need to cut the 2X4 to the length in the plan and marked each one of them. Then, it is like a puzzle and you put it up. Personnally, I used plywood for the floor and aspenite for the walls and roof. It is very big once completed. Last year, including roofing (asphalt shingles) cost me approx. 1600$. The only issue is that you do not have cornices (back and front) and approximately 2 to 3 inches on the sides. I made some myself and added it after. The final product is excellent and you have a lots of room inside to store many things.By Alain Martineau on April 3, 2022
