Customer questions & answers
Q: Approximate Assembly Time
A: Once the foundation was established (which is its own effort, whether concrete or pressure-treated wood or whatever), it took my wife and I about a morning, 3+ hours, to put it together.
Q: Good Day Can You Provide The Shipping Dimensions Like The Size Of Boxes And So Forth?
A: Two boxes 11ft by 1ft weight 150# per box
Q: Can You Bolt Down The Shed To A Concrete Pad?
A: Yes.
Q: What Base Should The Shed Have Underneath The Floor
A: obviously that is a money thing. i used a wood support. currently i'm not sure that's the cheaper way to go. if you want a strong floor to support heavy equipment... concrete.. if that's too labor intense, pavers... if that's too labor intense and costly... 1/4 gravel. if that's too costly and not enough support... wood. make sure you put plenty of cross section support if you go with wood. build it like it's a wall that needs fire breaks in it. i used 4x4 for the outter rim... 1/2 ply... and a ton of 2x4 for cross section support. about every 2 ft. good luck! the wood cost me about 400 bucks at the time... im thinking that would be double now.
Q: Can I Order A Shed With No Skylight? Seems To Be A Frequent Problem.
A: We did not have that option. I am glad to have the skylight as a shed that large would otherwise be fairly dark.
Q: Can The Window Be Installed On The Opposite Wall?
A: Yes, by simply switching the entire wall with the other one while constructing the shed.
