Answer: need a concrete base

Question: How does the rain water drain? If this is up against the house, do I need to add a gutter so water does not pour down the wall?
Answer: That is what we did. Works awesome and we love the gazebo. If ours wasn't against the house, the system that is there drains to the corners in light rain.

Question: Can this be installed on grass ?
Answer: Yes, however you will need to have holes dug. This is heavy, heavy, heavy.

Question: How is the "snow load capacity：2500 pounds" calculated for a 12x20 model?
Answer: I'm not sure about the weight, however, we had a couple snow storms this winter that produced around 6 inches each time and we didn't have any issues.
